Dr. George Agapiou: Received the Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville, Kentucky, in 1985, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 1987 and 1991, respectively. He worked at the companies Philip Morris, USA at Louisville, in ANCO S.A., Greece and from 1996 as Telecomm Engineer in OTE. He has participated in various IST, STREP, Eurescom and e-ten projects and has published more than 20 papers in scientific journals and proceedings.
